We pour that same care into every order. If something's not right, we'll make it right. No drama — just good wine, happy dogs, and open water ahead.
📦 Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, use our contact form with your order number. We'll send a prepaid return label and instructions — no guesswork, no fuss.
Heads up: Items sent back without prior approval won't be accepted. When in doubt, just reach out first!
🐾 Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item?
Inspect your order when it arrives. If something's damaged, defective, or just not what you ordered — contact us right away with a photo and we'll make it right at no cost to you. You should be relaxing by the water, not dealing with a bad order.

— Perishables, personal care, or hazardous goods

🔄 Exchanges
Need a different size or style? Return your current item, and once it's approved, place a new order for what you want. Easy as pouring another glass.
🇪🇺 EU Orders — 14-Day Cooling Off Period
Shipping to the European Union? You have the right to cancel or return within 14 days — no reason needed. Item must be unused, in original condition with tags, and include proof of purchase.
💳 Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will post to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take a little extra time on their end.
