THE FAMILY GUARANTEE

Every order is prepared for an official member of the family, and we expect it to arrive exactly as ordered.

If something isn’t right, tell us. No unnecessary drama and no runaround. We’ll review the evidence, pull the file, and determine the best way to make it right.

📦 RETURNS

We accept eligible returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and returned in their original condition and packaging. You’ll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

To request a return, use our contact form and include your order number, the item you would like to return, and the reason for the request.

Once your return is approved, we’ll provide the return address and instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, misprinted, or different from what was ordered.

We do not provide prepaid return labels for standard returns.

Please do not send merchandise back without prior approval. Unauthorized packages may be sent to the wrong location and may not be accepted. In this operation, paperwork matters.

🐾 DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR WRONG ITEM?

Inspect your merchandise as soon as it arrives. If your order is damaged, defective, misprinted, or different from what you ordered, contact us right away so we can open a case with our fulfillment team.

Please include:

— Your order number
— A clear photo of the entire product
— A close-up photo showing the damage, defect, or incorrect design
— A clear photo of the product’s size label or tag
— A photo of the shipping label on the package, if requested or necessary

These photos help us verify what happened and work with the fulfillment crew to request a replacement, reprint, or refund.

Please do not mail an incorrect or defective item back unless we specifically instruct you to do so. In many cases, a physical return may not be required.

You joined the family to enjoy your merchandise, not conduct an investigation. Send us the evidence, and we’ll handle the questioning.

🚫 FINAL SALE & NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Some merchandise cannot be returned, including:

— Custom or personalized items
— Gift cards
— Items marked as final sale
— Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery
— Personal care, perishable, or hazardous goods

Because most of our merchandise is made to order, change-of-mind returns may be reviewed individually. Not sure whether your item qualifies? Use our contact form before mailing anything back. It’s always better to check with the family first.

🔄 EXCHANGES

Need another size, color, or style? We do not currently process direct exchanges.

Request a return for the original item. Once the return is approved, you can place a new order for the merchandise you want. Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items ordered in the wrong size, color, or style.

Please review the product description and size chart carefully before ordering. Most of our shirts are unisex, and measurements may vary slightly by style.

💳 REFUNDS

Once an approved return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the decision.

If your refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or credit card company may need additional time to process and post the funds.

Original shipping charges and return shipping costs are not refundable unless the item arrived damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, use our contact form or email support (at) uncorkedandunleashed (dot) com. We’ll find out where the money is hiding.

📬 ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders enter production quickly. If you need to cancel or change an order, contact us immediately.

Once the crew has started production, we may be unable to cancel the order or change the size, color, shipping address, or design. Once the operation is underway, calling everyone back is not always possible.
