⏱️ Processing Time

All of our items are made to order — just like a good glass of wine, they're worth the wait. Please allow 2–5 business days for your order to be processed and prepared before it ships.

🇺🇸  U.S. Orders: 3–7 business days after fulfillment

🌍  International Orders: Currently not available

We ship via standard USPS or UPS depending on your location and order size.

💰 Shipping Costs

✨  FREE shipping on all orders over $75! More money for wine. You're welcome.

For orders under $75, shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location.

📍 Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to follow your package all the way home. Refreshing the tracking page every 20 minutes is completely normal — we do it too.

⚠️ Delays

Most orders arrive right on time — but occasionally holidays, weather, or carrier hiccups cause delays outside our control. If your order hasn't arrived within 10 business days of shipping, use our contact form and we'll track it down.
