THE DELIVERY PROTOCOL

Once you're in, you're in. Here’s how we move the family merchandise from our operation to your front door. No secret handshake required.

⏱️ PROCESSING TIME

Every order is made especially for you, so the crew needs a little time to print, inspect, pack, and prepare your merchandise for transport. Please allow 2–5 business days before your order leaves the warehouse.

The Boss may demand immediate service, but even the family has production schedules.

🚚 SHIPPING TIME

🇺🇸 U.S. Orders: Most packages arrive within 3–7 business days after processing.
🌍 International Orders: Not available at this time. The family is currently operating on U.S. territory only.

Orders may travel through USPS, UPS, or another trusted associate, depending on which route gets the merchandise to you safely and on schedule.

💰 SHIPPING COSTS

✨ Spend $75 or more and the family covers shipping. Consider it a favor from the Don.
Orders under $75 will have shipping calculated at checkout. Everybody contributes to the operation eventually.

📍 TRACKING YOUR ORDER

As soon as your package is handed over to the carrier, we’ll email you a tracking number so you can monitor its movements.

Checking the tracking page every 20 minutes isn’t suspicious behavior. It’s commitment to the family.

Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update. Sometimes the package is moving before the carrier admits they have it.

⚠️ SHIPPING DELAYS

Most orders arrive without incident. Occasionally, weather, holidays, carrier delays, or someone failing to respect the chain of command can slow things down.

Once a package leaves our fulfillment facility, the carrier controls the delivery timeline. However, if 10 business days have passed since shipment and your order is still missing, use our contact form. We’ll open an investigation and see who needs to answer to the Boss.

📦 MULTIPLE PACKAGES

Some orders may arrive in separate packages because different members of the crew handle different merchandise. Don’t panic if only part of your order arrives first. The rest of the family may still be en route.

🏠 ADDRESS ACCURACY

Before placing your order, double-check the shipping address. Apartment numbers, unit numbers, and ZIP codes matter. Even the family can’t deliver to a location that doesn’t exist.

If you notice an address mistake, contact us immediately. Once an order enters production or begins moving through the system, we may not be able to intercept it.
